Thank you for the confirmation we will now begin production of your bespoke media wall. 

Customer Experience

We appreciate every customer who chooses an Evolution Fires product and have developed a system to keep you updated during every step of the manufacturing process.

You will receive 4 emails during the manufacturing process which will be sent from our: Joinery Shop, Spray Shop, Packaging Department Shipping department. 

The final email from our shipping department will contain a tracking number which allows you to control the delivery date. 

Delivery

Please check all the sizes thoroughly; the customer is responsible for ensuring all the media wall parts will fit inside your home. Our 2-man delivery is ground floor only. Please check all parts on arrival for damage before signing for the delivery. 

Installation

Please refer to our media wall installation videos which can be found on each product page.

If you are hiring tradesmen to help you install your media wall, we strongly advise you that they are not booked in before the media wall has been delivered.

Please Note: The fitting kit which comes as standard with all our media walls is suitable for brick walls.

We recommend consulting with a qualified electrician to install the sockets required to complete your installation. A socket for the electric fire must be installed above the electric fire behind the top section, you will find a guide for the socket position within the media wall drawings that were sent to you for confirmation.
